Placing a clean, soft surface such as a towel underneath while fitting can help protect the soles from wear.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBefore fitting, be sure to clean your horse’s hooves thoroughly. After use, please remove any dirt or debris from the shells. They can be gently rinsed with water, but avoid using cleaning products. If rinsed, allow the shells to dry fully in a well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight. Please ensure they are completely dry before sending them back to us.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf the fitting shells are returned with dirt or debris, a cleaning fee of [add amount] may be deducted from any refund or credit. Fit Kit hire includes three sizing shells to try on your horse. It is best to try the shells on straight after a fresh trim.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe $85 price charged is a deposit for hiring a Fit Kit (three sizing shells).\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWhen you return your Fit Kit, a Fit Kit fee of $15 will be retained from your deposit for admin, postage \u0026amp; handling. This leaves a $70 deposit to be returned as a refund or store credit.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePlease return your Fit Kit clean, dry, and with all parts intact within 21 days of the delivery date. A fee of $10 per week will apply for late returns beyond 21 days.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAdditional fees\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA cleaning fee of $10-15 will be deducted from your deposit if the kit is returned excessively muddy or dirty. If you need to keep the Fit Kit for longer than the initial 21 day period, please get in touch to let us know.
