Flex Hoof Boots size chart: Classic and Wide

The dimensions below describe the inside of the boot shell. Classic boots are 10 mm longer than they are wide; Wide boots have equal inside width and length. Measure each hoof separately rather than assuming all four feet need the same size.

How to measure your horse for Flex Hoof Boots

Hooves must be measured shortly after a fresh trim.

  • Length: Place the zero edge of the measuring tape at the toe. Measure straight back along the center line to the back edge of the heels.

  • Width: Measure across the widest part of the hoof, keeping the tape exactly perpendicular to the center line.
