Ahti Pastern Strap

FlexMini Ahti Pastern Strap

The Ahti Pastern Strap is part of the FlexMini Ahti fastening system, designed to stabilize the upper part of the boot.

It attaches to the Rear Unit and wraps around the front of the pastern, helping keep the boot correctly positioned during movement.

Designed for stability and freedom of movement

The Pastern Strap works together with the rest of the Ahti system to:

• Maintain correct upper alignment of the boot

• Prevent excessive vertical movement

• Support a secure fit without restricting joint flexion

When adjusted correctly, it keeps the boot stable while allowing natural movement of the pastern and fetlock.

When to use

Replacement Pastern Straps are available if:

• Your current strap is worn or damaged
• You need a spare set
• You are maintaining or rebuilding your boots

Each FlexMini Ahti boot includes a Pastern Strap as standard.

Sizing

One size fits all FlexMini Ahti boots (60, 65, 70, 75).

The strap can be adjusted to fit different pastern sizes.
Excess length can be trimmed after fitting for a clean finish.

Fit & Adjustment

For correct function:

• About one finger should fit between the strap and the leg

• The strap should sit evenly at the front of the pastern

• The fit should be snug but not restrictive

• The tail of the strap can be secured neatly

Correct adjustment supports stability without limiting natural movement.

Material

Made from high-quality thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), combining flexibility, strength, and durability.

The material flexes with movement while maintaining a secure hold.

Care

• Rinse or brush off dirt after use

• Allow to dry in a ventilated area

• Avoid harsh chemicals

• Avoid storage in high heat or enclosed spaces
